Butterfly-IIProšle veče­ri u Svetvinčentu je odr­ža­na pre­zen­ta­ci­ja «Škole suvre­me­nog ple­sa» Ane Maletić iz Hrvatske. Odigrane su i dvi­je pred­sta­ve, «A pro­pos de Butterfly» bel­gij­ske kom­pa­ni­je «Jose Besprosvany» i «Bolo» Alexeyja Tarana iz Amerike.

Nadahnut ope­rom «Madam Butterfly» Giacoma Puccinija, Jose Besprovany osmis­lio je kore­ogra­fi­ju za pred­sta­vu «A pro­pos de butterfly».


U njoj se «čuve­na ope­ra – oja­ča­na neupo­re­di­vim gla­som Marije Callas – susre­će s rijet­kim, sibil­skim ple­som u nevje­ro­jat­nom sje­di­nje­nju suvre­me­nog ple­sa i mani­pu­la­ci­je lju­di­ma-lut­ka­ma (nadah­nu­te japan­skim bun­ka­ru)» – piše u katalogu.


Nakon nje izve­de­na je pred­sta­va «Bolo» u reži­ji i izved­bi Alexeyja Tarana, Carle Forte i Omara Roquea iz SAD –a. U njoj je pri­ka­zan mrač­ni svi­jet želja, nere­da i ins­ti­tu­ci­ja. (I.R)

Last nig­ht San Vincenti hos­ted the pre­sen­ta­ti­on of the «School of Modern Dance» by Ana Maletić from Croatia and two per­for­man­ces: «A pro­pos de but­ter­fly» by the Belgian com­pany «Jose Besprovany» and «Bolo» by Alexey Taran from the USA.

Inspired by the ope­ra «Madam Butterfly» by Giacomo Puccini, Jose Besprovany ide­ated the cho­re­ograp­hy for the per­for­man­ce titled «A pro­pos de but­ter­fly». «The play inter­twi­nes the famo­us ope­ra, enric­hed by the extra­or­di­nary per­for­man­ce of Maria Callas, and the prop­he­tic dan­ce with the result of an incre­di­ble exhi­bi­ti­on of modern dan­ce and mani­pu­la­ti­on of  human pup­pets (ins­pi­red by the Japanese bun­ka­ru)» – sta­tes the catalogue.

After the per­for­man­ce «A pro­pos de but­ter­fly» fol­lowed the play «Bolo» direc­ted and per­for­med by Alexey Taran, Carla Forte and Omar Roque from the USA. It depic­ts the som­ber wor­ld of desi­res, riots and institutions.

Ieri sera, a Sanvincenti si è pre­sen­ta­ta la «Scuola di dan­za con­tem­po­ra­nea» di Ana Maletić dal­la Croazia. Si sono tenu­te anc­he due rap­pre­sen­ta­zi­oni, «A pro­pos de Butterfly» del­la com­pag­nia bel­ga «Jose Besprosvany» e «Bolo» di Alexey Taran dall’America.

Ispiratosi all’opera «Madam Butterfly» di Giacomo Puccini, Jose Besprovany ha ide­ato la core­ogra­fia per la sua inter­pre­ta­zi­one «A pro­pos de but­ter­fly», in cui s’incontrano la famo­sa ope­ra – raf­for­za­ta dal­la voce incom­pa­ra­bi­le di Maria Callas – e la dan­za contemporanea.

Dopo di ques­ta, si è tenu­ta la rap­pre­sen­ta­zi­one «Bolo» dei regis­ti e bal­le­ri­ni Alexey Taran, Carla Forte e Omar Roque dagli Stati Uniti. Essa rac­con­ta il mon­do oscu­ro dei desi­de­ri, del disor­di­ne e del­le istituzioni.
