Udruga »Čarobnjakov šešir« i ove godine, u Puli organizira međunarodni ulični festival »FUČ«, koji će od 09. do 12. srpnja 2009. godine, okupiti profesionalne umjetnike i skupine iz cijeloga svijeta.
Oni će, na ulicama i trgovima grada Pule, prikazati svoje umijeće kroz muziku, ples, žongliranje i zahtjevne cirkuske vještine, kao što su hodanje na žici i konopu, rad s trapezom i svilom te akrobacije.
Svrha Festivala je promovirati uličnu umjetnost te pružiti mladim amaterskim grupama u Hrvatskoj mogućnost za profesionaliziranjem, razmjenom ideja, znanja i vještina s vrhunskim umjetnicima svijeta.
The association «Čarobnjakov šešir» («Wizard’s Hat») organizes in Pula another international street festival «FUČ», which runs from the 9th of July to the 12th of July. The event will gather professional artists and groups from all over the world.
Streets and squares of Pula will become a stage where the artists will present their art of dance, music, juggling, and circus skills such as walking on the wire and rope, working with the trapeze, silk and other acrobatic routines.
The festival purports to promote street art and provides the amateur groups from Croatia with the opportunity of exchanging ideas, knowledge and skills with the world-class artists and gives them the possibility of becoming real professionals in their domain.
Program započinje u 20 sati, 07. srpnja 2009., povorkom/paradom od Tržnice do glavnog pulskog trga Forum, gdje će u 21 sat nastupiti NANDO e MAILA iz Italije. Slijedi nastup »TRES PUNTOS Y APARTE«, umjetnika iz Španjolske na trgu Portarati. Koncert »RICICLATO CIRCO MUSICALE« (Italija) održat će se na Forumu u 23 sata.
U večernjim satima, na ulicama ćete sresti i Cirkorama – Von Johanna Stiltera.
U petak, u jutarnjim satima (6.45), 10. srpnja, na ulicama centra, svoje umijeće pokazat će i Cirkorama – Ratko Bokić. Navečer, u 20.30 sati, nastupa »STUPIDUS COMICUS« iz Španjolske, na trgu Sv. Tome. U 21 sat »CIRCO COLUMPIO« (Španjolska/Francuska), održat će nastup na Portarati. Slijedi GABI CORBO iz Argentine na Forumu u 21.45 sati, a nakon toga, u 22.30 sati, ponovo nastupaju Nando e Maila. Istovremeno će se na Portarati održati koncert »Riciclato circo musicale« (Italija).
U subotu, 11. srpnja 2009. godine, nastupaju: »Tres puntos y aparte« (Španjolska) na Forumu u 21 sat, Gaby Corbo je na programu na Portarati u 22 sata, a završni koncert »Riciclato circo musicale« (It), održat će se u »Surf baru« u Premanturi (10 km od Pule), s početkom u 23 sata.
Tijekom večeri, na ulicama grada, možete sresti i polaznike radionice klaunovske improvizacije.
Na zadnji dan festivala, 12. srpnja, u 21 sat nastupaju svi izvođači, na Trgu iza crkve u Šišanu (10 km od Pule).

The programme starts on the 7th of July at 8 p.m., with a parade headed from the Market toward the Forum Square. After that, at 9 p.m. Forum will host NANDO E MAILA from Italy. At the Portarata Square the audience will have the opportunity to see the performance «TRES PUNTOS Y APARTE», by Spanish artists. At 11 p.m. the Forum Square will host the concert «RICICLATO CIRCO MUSICALE» (Italy).
Roaming the city streets, the public will also stumble upon Cirkorama – Von Johann Stilter.
On the 10th of July at 6.45 a.m. the town centre will host Cirkorama – Ratko Bokić. «STUPIDUS COMICUS» from Spain will perform at 8.30 p.m. at the St. Thomas Square.
At 9 p.m. «CIRCO COLUMPIO» (Spain/France) will present their skills at the Portarata Square. GABI CORBO from Argentina will perform at 9.45 p.m. at the Forum Square, and at 10.30 p.m. the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy another performance by Nando e Maila. At the same time, Portarata Square will host the «Riciclato circo musicale» concert.
On the 11th of July at 9 p.m. the «Tres puntos y aparte» will perform at the Forum Square and at 10 p.m. the Portarata Square will host the performance of Gaby Corbo. The final «Riciclato circo musicale» concert will be held at the «Surf bar» in Premantura at 11p.m.
During the evening on the streets of Pula the audience will have the opportunity to see the participants of the Clown improvisation workshop.
On the 12th of July, the final festival day, all the artists will once again present their performances at the Square behind the church in Šišan. The programme will start at 9 p.m.
