U čet­vr­tak, 16. srp­nja u 21 sat na Brijunima, odr­žat će se pred­sta­va «Balade Petrice Kerempuha» pre­ma dje­lu uva­že­nog hrvat­skog knji­žev­ni­ka Miroslava Krleže.

U glav­nim ulo­ga­ma igra­ju poz­na­ti hrvat­ski glum­ci i glaz­be­ni­ci: Vili Matula, Mladen Vasary, Maja Posavec, Darko Rundek, Isabel, Peđa Gvozdić i Rade Šerbedžija. Režiju pot­pi­su­ju Darko Rundek i Rade Šerbeđija. Za sce­no­gra­fi­ju, kos­ti­mo­gra­fi­ju i svje­tlo zadu­žen je Željko Zorica, a glaz­bu su pri­pre­mi­li Isabel i Rundek. Asistent reda­te­lja je Marin Lukanović, a ins­pi­ci­jen­ti­ca Sonja Kovačić.

««Balade» (1936.) su isto­dob­no korje­ni­to naci­onal­na i uni­ver­zal­na knji­ga: mito­gra­fi­ja tra­gič­no­ga ljud­skog koz­mo­sa, inkar­ni­ra­no­ga ovaj puta ne u dogo­dov­šti­na­ma kra­lje­va i vel­mo­ža, nego u višes­to­ljet­no­me iskus­tvu gaže­no­ga hrvat­skog puč­kog kolek­ti­va.» – navo­di kaza­li­šte «Ulysses».

Predstava je na pro­gra­mu i 17. i 18. srp­nja u 21 sat.

Polazak bro­da iz Fažane u 20.30 sati.

On the 16th of July at 9 p.m. the Islands of Brijuni will host the per­for­man­ce of the «Ballads of Petrica Kerempuh», an inter­pre­ta­ti­on of the work by the dis­tin­gu­ished Croatian wri­ter Miroslav Krleža.

The leading roles will be played by Vili Matula, Mladen Vasary, Maja Posavec, Darko Rundek, Isabel, Peđa Gvozdić and Rade Šerbedžija. The direc­tors are Darko Rundek and Rade Šerbedžija, Željko Zorica is in char­ge of the cos­tu­mes, set­ting and lig­ht design, whi­le the music has been arran­ged by Isabel and Rundek. Marin Klukanović is the assis­tant direc­tor and Sonja Kovačić the sta­ge manager.

«The «Ballads» (1936) are a nati­onal and a uni­ver­sal work at the same time: this time the mit­ho­logy of the tra­gic human cosmos isn’t incar­na­ted in the adven­tu­res of kin­gs and prin­ces; it is embo­di­ed in the seve­ral cen­tu­ri­es old expe­ri­en­ce of the oppre­ssed Croatian masses.»- sta­tes the Ulysses Theatre.

The play will be per­for­med on the 17th and 18th of July at 9 p.m.
