Na pulskom forumu 17. srpnja u 21 sat održat će se koncert harmonikaškog orkestra «Stanko Mihovilović» OKUD –a «Istra».
Orkestar djeluje od 1959. godine i nosi naziv svog osnivača i dugogodišnjeg dirigenta Stanka Mihovilovića. Tijekom svoga postojanja brojnim je nastupima, koncertnim turnejama i natjecanjima osvajao najviše nagrade, priznanja i nepodijeljene simpatije žirija i publike diljem Europe i Amerike. Neke od njih su: Gand Prix na natjecanju u Strasbourgu, Francuska (1989.), Osvajanje prvih mjesta na međunarodnim natjecanjima u Castelfidardu, Italija, (1995.,´96.i 2002.), Prva mjesta na međunarodnim natjecanjima u talijanskom gradu Erbezzu (1995.,´96.,´98., 2002.i 2003.); učestvovanje na međunarodnom susretu harmonikaša te osvajanje 1. apsolutnog mjesta u C kat. orkestri i prijelazni KUP Grada Pule (1997.) i na 1. Europskom natjecanju harmonikaša u Pragu osvojili su I. mjesto u 1B kategoriji – klasična glazba za orkestre (2000.).
Trenutačno broji 23 aktivnih članova i preko deset stalnih suradnika u programima tijekom godine. Sačinjavaju ga glazbenici raznih dobi i obrazovanja od učenika srednje glazbene škole, studenata Filozofskog fakulteta u Puli, profesora glazbene kulture, ekonomista, inženjera.
Glazbeni repertoar orkestra obuhvaća razna povijesna razdoblja, do glazbe suvremenih domaćih i stranih skladatelja.
Svojim nastupima promoviraju djelatnost kojom se bave, doprinoseći jačanju kulturnog identiteta našega grada i Hrvatske diljem svijeta. Orkestar često snima za radio i televiziju, a iz njegova dugogodišnjeg rada proizašla su i dva CD‑a. (I. R.)
On the 17th of July at 9 p.m. the Forum Square in Pula will host the concert of the «Stanko Mihovilović» Accordion Orchestra of the OKUD Istra.
The orchestra was founded in 1959 and it carries the name of its founder Stanko Mihovilović, who has also conducted the orchestra for a long period of time. Since its beginnings, the orchestra has won many prizes and acknowledgments from the audience and juries for their numerous concerts, tours and participations in competitions in Europe and America. Among these are the Strasbourg Grand Prix (1989), 1st prizes at the international competition in Castelfidardo (1995, 1996 2002) and Erbezzo (1995, 1996, 1998, 2002, 2003), the absolute 1st place in the category C, the Transitory Cup of the Town of Pula (1997) and the 1st prize at the First European Competition of the Accordionists (2000) in the category 1B (classical music for orchestras).
The orchestra currently gathers 23 active members and more than 10 permanent associates. It unites musicians of different age and education, from the high school students to students of the Faculty of Philosophy in Pula, professors of musical culture, economists and engineers.
The orchestra’s repertoire covers different historical periods, including the compositions of modern Croatian and foreign composers.
The performances of the orchestra contribute to the promotion of their work and the cultural identity of the town of Pula and Croatia. The orchestra often records for TV and radio and has released two CDs up to now.
Il 17 luglio, alle ore 21, al Foro polese si terrà il concerto dell’orchestra fisarmonica «Stanko Mihovilović» dell’OAC «Istra».
L’orchestra è attiva dal 1959 e reca il nome del fondatore e direttore Stanko Mihovilović. Si è esibita in molti concerti ed ha partecipato a molte competizioni vincendo numerosi premi, tra cui: Gand Prix a Strasburgo, Francia (1989), primi posti a Castelfidardo, Italia, (1995,´96 e 2002), Erbezzo, Italia (1995,´96,´98, 2002 e 2003) ed altri ancora.
Momentaneamente comprende 23 membri, tra cui alunni e studenti della scuola di musica, professori di cultura musicale, economisti, ingegneri.
Il suo repertorio include brani composti in tutti i periodi storici, compresa la contemporaneità.
Con la sua attività, l’orchestra contribuisce al rafforzamento dell’identità culturale della città e della Croazia. Spesso viene ripresa dalla radio e dalla televisione ed ha inciso due CD.
