Jedini hrvat­ski Grad tar­tu­fa u mje­se­cu ruj­nu sla­vi svoj dan, popu­lar­no nazvan Subotina, koji ove godi­ne ona pada na 12. dan mje­se­ca ruj­na. Tradicionalno, sre­diš­nji doga­đaj buzet­ske grad­ske fešte je pri­prav­lja­nje divov­ske „fri­to­de“ od 2009 jaja i 10kg istar­skog bije­log tar­tu­fa, no pro­gram obi­lje­ža­va­nja dana gra­da zapo­či­nje već izju­tra pro­gra­mom nami­je­nje­nim naj­mla­đi­ma, kon­cer­tom lime­nih glaz­bi, bicik­li­ja­dom, saj­mom… Večernji pro­gram na glav­nom grad­skom trgu dono­si nas­tu­pe pje­va­ča Udruge Mali veli­ki mikro­fon te kon­cert Azur ben­da i Vanne. U dru­gom dije­lu gra­da, na igra­li­štu ispred Srednje ško­le, odr­žat će se tec­h­no par­ty pod nazi­vom „Subotina na stru­ju“ na kojem će, izme­đu osta­lih, nas­tu­pi­ti Petar Dundov.

Buzet, Croatian City of Truffles, tra­di­ti­onal­ly cele­bra­tes its day, com­mo­nly known as Subotina, in the mon­th of September. This year the Subotina fes­ti­vity will take pla­ce on the 12th of September. The cen­tral event of the cele­bra­ti­on will be the pre­pa­ra­ti­on of the gigan­tic scram­bled eggs dish “Fritoda”, which will inclu­de 2009 eggs and 10 kilos of Istrian whi­te truf­fle. The pro­gram­me will start ear­ly in the mor­ning with acti­vi­ti­es orga­ni­zed for the youn­gest citi­zens of Buzet. Visitors will also have the oppor­tu­nity to enjoy the brass band con­cert, par­ti­ci­pa­te in the bicy­cle race or visit the fair. In the eve­ning the main town squ­are will host the sin­gers of the “Little Big Microphone”, Azur Band and Vanna. On the other side of the town, at the play­gro­und in front of the High School, Petar Dundov and other per­for­mers will sta­ge a tec­h­no party.

L’unica cit­tà del tar­tu­fo in Croazia il 12 set­tem­bre fes­teg­gia la sua gior­na­ta, popo­lar­men­te chi­ama­ta Subotina. Tradizionalmente, l’evento cen­tra­le sarà la pre­pa­ra­zi­one del­la frit­ta­ta che con­ter­rà 2009 uova e 10 kg di tar­tu­fo bian­co istriano.
Inoltre, il pro­gram­ma pre­ve­de un con­cer­to di musi­ca d’ottoni, una gara di bici­clet­te, la fiera, il pro­gram­ma per i più giovani…
In sera­ta, si esi­bi­ran­no in piazza i can­tan­ti dell’Associazione Mali veli­ki mikro­fon (Piccolo gran­de micro­fo­no), Azur band e Vanna.
Nel cam­po da gioco del­la scu­ola media supe­ri­ore avrà luogo il tec­h­no par­ty «Subotina a cor­ren­te elet­tri­ca», dove si esi­birà, tra gli altri, anc­he Petar Dundov.
