U pulskom Multimedijalnom Centru «Luka» od 18. rujna, s početkom u 20 sati održat će se otvaranje samostalne izložbe Željka Badurine pod naslovom «Post Art».
On the 18th of September at 8 p.m. the Pula Multimedia Centre «Luka» will host the opening of the solo exhibition «Post Art» by Željko Badurina.
Il 18 settembre, alle ore 20, al Centro multimediale «Luka» di Pola, sarà aperta la mostra personale di Željko Badurina, intitolata «Post Art».
Na ovom projektu autor kontinuirano radi od 2005. godine do danas. Riječ je o postupku mail-arta čija se strategija sastoji od slanja razglednica na kojima se nalazi slika/prizor s referencom na aktualni događaj ili temu, poput, lokalnih izbora, otvorenja venecijanskog bijenala, zdravstvene reforme u Hrvatskoj i slično.
Svaka je razglednica umjetnikov komentar uobličen kao recikliranje ili prefiguracija nekog sadržaja u novu poruku, bilo kao citat iz filma ili fotomontaža. Do dana otvorenja «proizvest» će se 116 razglednica.
Željko Badurina rođen je 1966. u Zagrebu. Diplomirao je na grafičkom odjelu «Akademije likovnih umjetnosti» (Zagreb), u klasi prof. Miroslava Šuteja. Član je «HDLU –a» i «HZSU –a».
Izložba je otvorena do 29. rujna, a može se pogledati u radno vrijeme MMC «Luke». (I. R.)
The author has been working on this project since 2005. The exhibition presents the mail-art procedure, the strategy of sending postcards with representations of current topics and events (such as the local elections, opening of the Venetian Biennale, etc.). Every postcard is an author’s commentary formed as a recycled message or a prefiguration of the content into a new message – a citation from a film or photo editing. Badurina will produce 116 postcards until the day of the opening.
Željko Badurina was born in Zagreb in 1966. He graduated in graphics from the Academy of Visual Arts in Zagreb (class of professor Miroslav Šutej). Badurina is a member of the HDLU and the HZSU.
The exhibition is on view until the 29th of September.
L’autore ha lavorato su questo progetto dal 2005 ad oggi. Si tratta di mail-art, la cui strategia consiste nell’invio di cartoline raffiguranti immagini che si riferiscono a vicende o temi attuali come le elezioni, la cerimonia d’apertura del biennale di Venezia, la riforma sanitaria in Croazia ecc.
Ogni cartolina è un commento dell’autore espresso attraverso il riciclaggio o la traduzione di un contenuto in un nuovo messaggio. Fino alla cerimonia d’apertura della mostra saranno «prodotte» 116 cartoline.
Željko Badurina è nato nel 1966 a Zagabria. Si è laureato al dipartimento grafico dell’«Accademia di Belle Arti» di Zagabria, nella classe del prof. Miroslav Šutej. È membro del «HDLU» e del «HZSU».
La mostra è aperta fino al 29 settembre.
