U srijedu 24. veljače u Gradskoj knjižnici u Poreču, s početkom u 19:00 sati, održat će se predstavljanje knjige “Carlotta Grisi: Prva Giselle – La prima Giselle”. Knjigu je priredila Elena Poropat.
On Wednesday, February 24, at noon, the Poreč Town Library will host the presentation of the book „Carlotta Grisi: Prva Giselle – La prima Giselle“ (Carlotta Grisi – the first Giselle). The book was edited by Elena Poropat.
Mercoledì, 24 febbraio, alle ore 19:00, nella Biblioteca civica di Parenzo, sarà presentato il libro “Carlotta Grisi: La prima Giselle”. Il libro è stato redatto da Elena Poropat.
Carlotta Grisi bila je jedna od poznatijih balerina 19. stoljeća. Sa samo 7 godina počela je pohađati plesnu školu milanskog “Teatro alla scala”, dok je s 10 već plesala. U suradnji s koreografom i balerinom Jules Perrotom, u pariškoj Operi, izvela je njen najpoznatiji nastup, a to je upravo Giselle.
Carlotta Grisi was one of the most famous ballerinas of the 19th century. She started attending the dance school of the „Teatro alla Scala“ in Milan when she was 7 and 3 years later she was already a performer. At the Opera in Paris Grisi performed her most known role – Giselle, in cooperation with the choreographer and dancer Jules Perrot.
Carlotta Grisi era una delle ballerine più famose del 19. secolo. A soli 7 anni entrò alla scuola di ballo del Teatro alla Scala di Milano e già a 10 ballava nel corpo di ballo. Tra i ruoli di successo portati in scena dalla ballerina italiana, è passata alla storia l’interpretazione di Giselle, con il coreografo e ballerino Jules Perrot all’Opéra di Parigi.
