Organizacija Relais Culture Europe objavila je vodič za kulturne organizacije koje sudjeluju ili namjeravaju sudjelovati u europskim kulturnim projektima.
Relais Culture Europe podupire i prati francuske djelatnike u kulturi i lokalne vlasti u razvoju njihovih europskih kulturnih praksi, s ciljem stvaranja uvjeta koji će omogućiti njihovu održivost i integritet. RCE je ujedno i nacionalna kulturna točka za Program Kultura Europske unije.
Priručnik How to Develop a European Cultural Project ima za cilj osigurati jednostavne upute za europske projekte. Razjašnjavajući “pravila igre” ovaj vodič želi pomoći u sagledavanju europskih metoda kao sredstava za obnovu i razvoj.
The organization Relais Culture Europe has published a manual for cultural operators who plan to participate in European cultural projects.
Relais Culture Europe supports and monitors French cultural operators and local authorities in the development of the European cultural practice, with the aim to create conditions for their sustainability and integrity. RCE is also the national cultural point of the program Program Culture of the European Union.
The goal of this manual is to provide simple markers for the deployment of European projects. As the authors clarify the “rules of the game”, they also strive to illustrate the European stakes and methods as a means for renewal and evolution.
Urednica priručnika je Catherine Lalumière, a svoje doprinose iz Relais Culture Europe dali su također Martha Gutierrez, Corinne Szteinsznaider i Fabienne Trotte te autori iz drugih organizacija – Nicole Combezou (Le Transfo – Art and Culture in Auvergne region), Olivier Le Gal (MU Collective), Yvette Masson Zanussi (European Forum for Architectural Policies), Marie Perrier (Ensemble Aleph), Jean-Sébastien Steil (In Situ) i Mathieu Toubart (The Sablier Compagnie).
Priručnik je objavljen na engleskom i francuskom jeziku, a u pdf. formatima je dostupan za slobodno preuzimanje.
