On Friday, June 11, at 9 p.m., the Rigo Gallery in Novigrad will host the opening of a solo exhibition by Josip Zanki. The exhibition „Trikovi iz prošlih vremena“ (Tricks from the past) will be opened by Ivica Župan, the art critic.
This exhibition takes us to the forgotten parts of Velebit, leads us through amazing landscapes, mythical places, untouched and still uninhabited mountain scenery of steep slopes of Velebit. The visually attractive drawings are permeated with the impressions of the mystical and the occult, they depict scenes which remind us of the ones present in the landscape - real and surreal at the same time.
The exhibition will be on view until July 4, 2010.
