Place: Alvona Gallery, Labin
On July 30, at 9 p.m. the Alvona Gallery in Labin will host the opening of the solo exhibition „The Garden of Eden by Petar Dolić“. The author is a talented sculptor who graduated from the Zagreb Academy of Visual Arts (class of professor Šime Vulas) in 1999. Dolić is a member of the HDLU and HZSU and has presented his works within frameworks of numerous joint exhibition. He has also staged around 20 solo exhibitions in Croatia and abroad. Around ten od his sculptures embellish public spaces and are exhibited in museums. Dolić is a winner of several important awards. This exhibition will present a sculpture in space – a spatial composition made up of several elements.

In the year of 1992-1993 during the conflict in Croatia I was working as a NGO and met Petar Dolic. After a while he presented me with a sculpture and I was wondering if this is the same Petar Dolic? The sculpture is named “the last supper” Please could you pass on this information to Petar as we lost touch and would like to meet again.
We was introduced to Petar by Franjo Zic.
