U Bazilici Sv. Marije od Mora u Vrsaru, 6. kolovoza u 21 sat koncert će u duetu održati Cveto Kobal iz Slovenije na flauti i Saša Dejanović na gitari.
On the 6th of August at 9 p.m. the St. Mary of the Sea Basilica in Vrsar will host the concert of Cveto Kobal from Slovenia (flute) and Saša Dejanović (guitar).
Il 6 agosto, alle ore 21, nella Basilica di S. Maria del Mare di Orsera, di esibirà il duo Cveto Kobal dalla Slovenia (flauto) e Saša Dejanović (chitarra).
Cveto Kobal profesor je komorne glazbe na «Pedagoškom fakultetu» u Mariboru. Diplomirao je na «Fakultetu glazbenih umjetnosti» u Ljubljani. Usavršavao se u Kanadi, Francuskoj i Švicarskoj.
Dobio je stipendiju francuske vlade te je tri godine bio na poslijediplomskoj specijalizaciji u Parizu. Istovremeno je diplomirao na «Ecole Normale Superieur de Musique de Paris» 1988.
Pohađao je i poslijediplomske studije na Sveučilištu «U. S.» u SAD –u.
Tijekom studija osvojio je više prvih nagrada na državnim i 
međunarodnim natjecanjima (prva nagrada na natjecanju Glazbenih umjetnika Jugoslavije 1983.). Nastupao je kao solist s brojnim orkestrima te kao član raznih komornih skupina u Sloveniji i cijelome svijetu.
Snimao je za Radio, a neko je vrijeme bio i urednik «Uredništva za klasičnu glazbu» na slovenskoj televiziji. Trenutno djeluje kao izvanredni profesor za komornu glazbu i docent za flautu na «Katedri za glazbu» na Pedagoškom fakultetu u Mariboru.
Uz njega će nastupiti Saša Dejanović, virtuoz na gitari i organizator ljetnog festivala “More i gitare”. (I. R.)
Cveto Kobal is a professor of Chamber Music at the «Faculty of Pedagogy» in Maribor. He graduated at the «Faculty of Music Arts» in Ljubljana and upgraded his knowledge in Canada, France and Switzerland. He has won the scholarship of the French government and was attending postgraduate studies in Paris for three years.
In 1988 he graduated from the «Ecole Normale Superieur de Musique de Paris».
Beside that, he also attended postgraduate studies at the «U.S. University» in the USA. During his studies he has won several first prizes in national and international competitions (first prize in the «Music Artists of Yugoslavia» Competition in 1983). Kobal has performed as a soloist with many orchestras and has staged concerts as a member of several chamber ensembles in Slovenia and abroad. He has recorded for radio and was the editor of the Classical Music Programme at the Slovenian TV.
He is currently working as the associate professor of chamber music and senior lecturer of flute at the Music Department of the «Faculty of Pedagogy» in Maribor.
Saša Dejanović, guitarist virtuoso and founder of the “Sea and Guitars” Festival, will perform along with Cveto Kobal.
