Dana 18. srp­nja 2010. s počet­kom u 21:00 sati u Crkvi sv. Eufemije odr­žat će se kon­cert Zagrebačkog komor­nog orkes­tra pod rav­na­njem Oresta Shourgota. Solisti su Katja Markotić, mezzo­so­pran i Stjepan Hauser, violon­če­lo. Koncert će otvo­ri­ti Ljetni fes­ti­val Rovinj. Zagrebački komor­ni orkes­tar ute­me­ljen je 1937. godi­ne. Osnovao ga je Rudolf Matz oku­piv­ši dva­de­se­tak ponaj­bo­ljih ins­tru­men­ta­lis­ta. U stal­ni pos­tav orkes­tra uklju­če­no je 15 pro­fe­si­onal­nih glaz­be­ni­ka koji su diplo­mi­ra­li na Muzičkoj aka­de­mi­ji u Zagrebu. Repertoar Zagrebačkog komor­nog orkes­tra sas­to­ji se od dje­la barok­ne, kla­sič­ne, roman­tič­ne i suvre­me­ne glaz­be­ne lite­ra­tu­re hrvat­skih i ino­zem­nih skladatelja.

On July 18, at 9 p.m. the St. Euphemia Church in Rovinj will host the con­cert of the Zagreb Chamber Orchestra, which will be con­duc­ted by Orest Shourgot. Soloist are Katja Markotić (mezzo­so­pra­no) and Stjepan Hauser (cel­lo). This con­cert will mark the ope­ning the Rovinj Summer Festival. The Zagreb Chamber Orchestra was foun­ded in 1937 by Rudolf Matz, who gat­he­red 20 excel­lent ins­tru­men­ta­lis­ts. The orc­hes­tra also inclu­des 15 pro­fe­ssi­onal musi­ci­ans who gra­du­ated from the Music Academy in Zagreb. The reper­to­ire of the Zagreb Chamber Orchestra inclu­des baroque, cla­ssi­cal, roman­tic and con­tem­po­rary wor­ks by Croatian and inter­na­ti­onal authors.

Domenica, 18 luglio 2010, con ini­zio alle ore 21:00 nel­la chi­esa di Santa Eufemia a Rovigno si ter­rà il con­cer­to dell’orchestra da came­ra di Zagabria diret­ta da Orest Shourgot. I solis­ti sono la mezzo­so­pra­no Katja Markotić e al violon­cel­lo Stjepan Hauser. Il con­cer­to aprirà il “Festival esti­vo” di Rovigno.

L’orchestra da came­ra di Zagabria è sta­ta fon­da­ta nel 1937 da Rudolf Matz che ha riuni­to ven­ti dei migli­ori stru­men­tis­ti di quel tem­po. L’orchestra è com­pos­ta da quin­di­ci musi­cis­ti pro­fe­ssi­onis­ti che si sono diplo­ma­ti nell’Accademia musi­ca­le di Zagabria. Il loro reper­to­rio com­pren­de ope­re del baroc­co, cla­ssic­he, let­te­ra­tu­ra musi­ca­le roman­ti­ca e con­tem­po­ra­nea di com­po­si­to­ri cro­ati e stranieri.
